Here are some essential items we need for proper foot care. We often take our feet for granted. We wear tight shoes that constrict our toes and provide little if any air circulation. Is it any wonder we often have problems with our toe nails? There are several things that can make toe nails tough to cut. Certain physical conditions like diabetes can lead to thicker nails. Fungus growth can make nails not only thick, but also uneven. The pressure from tight shoes can create pressure and the start of ingrown toenails. All these problems need to be addressed and making sure we have a habit of frequent foot care is a good idea for our health.

Here are some essential items we may need to help us care for our feet and toenails.

Having a proper set of heavy duty toenail clippers is an imperative for every home nail kit. This Kohm curved blade toenail clipper has wide jaws to help take care of thick nails. They open to 4mm wide to tackle those tough jobs. The blades are reinforced to provide that extra strength needed to bear down hard. These are great for tough fingernails as well. They have a strong and solid construction and are comfortable to use. These heavy duty clippers are easy to handle to help make those precision cuts for resistant toenails. These have a curved blade.

These Kohm toenail clippers have a large heavy duty grip. These will work with thick nails and are also ideal for helping with ingrown toenails. They can make the perfect pedicure and take care of any excessive nail growth. There is a rubber handle on the grip making these comfortable to hold and use. They measure 5 inches long which gives a better strength to tackle those tough nails. The pointed tips open 8 mm wide and the blades have a slight curve. These are excellent as an ingrown nail tool.

Although this foam roller will not cut nails, it will provide a wonderful vibrating massage for the feet. It measures 6 inches in diameter and is 13 inches in length. It is rechargeable and will run for over two hours of constant vibration. You can choose between low, medium and high intensity massage. The outside of this roller offers a firm but gentle pressure that can help reduce issues caused from tight foot tendons. The vibrations can help reduce feelings of foot pain. An excellent addition to our home nail spa treatment.
