This is a well designed and built cold brew jug, far superior to the sun tea jugs with the plastic spigots that often don’t last the summer before they start leaking. Besides from having a fine mesh screen for the coffee to brew in, it also has a small screen for the spigot, so you don’t have to consult any loose grounds. Now I will tell you about my first time experience with making iced coffee:
I started a cold brew yesterday afternoon and removed the grounds this morning. Next time I will lessen the brewing time from 20 to 12, per instructions, grind at 11, and use only 3 cups of ground coffee. I know it may take 2-3 batches before I hit the right combination(I know it did when I switched to the burr grinder) and will not have to adulterate great coffees with sugar. Since I am not supposed to drink sun tea all summer, due to kidney stones, culminating in a surgery, I will stick to my morning coffee and not have to sweat as I drink it.

Filter failed, haven’t been able to contact Willow & Everett!
I should have rated this a 1 for coustomer service. I love this 2L cold brew jar, it fits perfectly in my refrigerator qnd is easy to use. I could have give this product a 5 except the filter came able at the bottom after 4 months and allows coffee sediment to get into my coffee. I tried to contact Willow & Everett a message came up that said there support page may be compromised and not to open it. Sent a review to Amazon and got no help. Not sure how to get this issue resolved.
